Flags | These check boxes allow the flags 'To be archived' and 'Archived' to be set which also sets the relevant marking in the table view. |
Archive date | When an entry is archived the archive date is assigned by the system and shown here. |
Type | The type of archive medium can be selected from this list. |
Name | Defines the medium name |
Number | The sequential archive medium number is entered here. |
Side | For double-sided media the side number is shown here. |
