Link Media Entry with Virtual Entry
If you want to prepare an entry before you can perform the actual recording, you create a virtual entry and define all metadata you know already in advance. Once you are done with the recording, you can move the previously prepared data to the actual recording entry by linking.
When you click on the button Link on the right side of an audio/video entry's Entry Mask (e.g. for Test Create virtual entry), then all virtual entries in the same table are listed. Select the virtual entry (e.g. Test record) with the needed metadata and press OK. Title and all metadata are taken over into this media entry from the virtual element that is deleted afterwards.
Show edited entries only: Virtual entries have to be dragged on an editor launch icon
