DbGetTableInfos
Gets table infos for a all DigaSystem table or tables in a specified database.

Database | A DigaSystem database name, e.g. "vm-sql-digas". Use "*" for all. |

ReturnValue | A variable of type David.Dpe.ContentService.TableInfo[] which is used to return an array of table infos. |
