Managing Workflow Templates

The Workflow System Template Database can be managed from the tab Templates (in the left area).

Importing Workflow Templates

Open the context menu and click Import... then select the workflow template file to import.

Exporting Workflow Templates

  • Select one or more workflow templates

  • Open the context menu and click Export...

  • Select a target folder

  • A .WFT file is created for single-selection, a .zip file (containing multiple templates) is created for multi-selection

Deleting Workflow Templates

  • Select one or more workflow templates

  • Open the context menu and click Delete...

  • A confirmation dialog appears

  • Approve
