General Configuration of RCE
The RoughCut Edit can be configured to fit the needs of the organization, workstation or user.
Grant a User Access
For a user to be able to open RoughCut Edit they require the DpeRoughCutEdit.Open Action right.
Configuration Options
Add the following keys to |...|RoughCutEdit| for a basic configuration.

| Downmix | True or False | Whether or not the option 1-8 channel stereo downmix is available in the channel drop-down menu.

| NewProjectTimecode | hh:mm:ss:ff | Sets the start timecode for a David Video Project. |
