Question: How can I check if any of my entries in a table are missing their main media file?
Answer: In the 'Easy Selection' dialog (DBM Menu: Database: Easy Selection), on the bottom of the 'News' tab there is a checkbox for "Entries With Missing File White". If you check this box, then any entry whose main media file cannot be located will be shown in the grid with it's title in white (it helps if you have a darker background, or simply select the entry row and the highlighting will make the title appear!). Using this function requires an analysis and comparison of the database with the filesystem and may take some time depending on table size.
