DigaBurn: DigaBurnV2 requires IMAPI Service (Nero no longer necessary)

The newer DigaBurn version 2 no longer requires the installation of Ahead's Nero software. DigaBurn now accesses the cd burning hardware through Windows IMAPI service.
It is therefore essential that one makes sure the 'IMAPI CD-Burning COM Service' is not disabled (set to 'Manual' or 'Automatic') so that DigaBurn may implement this service to address the burner.

If you already have Nero installed, it's not necessary to deinstall, but one should not run Nero and DigaBurnV2 simultaneously!

It's also important to note here that the IMAPI service itself requires the following setting in the windows registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\allocatecdroms=0
