DigAlign log flag interpretation

If the deletion of a database entry is logged by DigAlign, a short description of the entry is printed in the form “Data Time Title Flags”. These are also noted in the table alignment criteria.

The flags have the following meanings:

• D: the database entry is soft-deleted

• E: deletion data is reached

• K: the database entry is not in the keep-list (if no valid keep-list is defined, this flag is never set)

• S: the database entry is marked as “Read to send”

• R: the database entry is marked as “Protected”

• A: the database entry is marked as “For Archive”

• P: the database entry is marked as “Perfect”
