DigErase-DigAlign-WebAlign: OK button in DigAlign

When running DigAlign under Windows 7 or 2008 you will notice that the OK button of the settings dialog will be grayed.

This will prevent you from changing settings.

To enable the OK button you must run DigAlign.exe as administrator

Afterwards you are allowed to change and save the settings.
