Error message: OBDC error 2800 after accessing a table of database in DBM

Working in DigAdmin works fine. We can access the SQL server via ODBC. But clicking on a table in DBM causes an error message 2800 from Microsoft ODBC driver and we need to enter the password.
What's wrong?
A: This happens if the DigaSystem user account has configured a fixed database user in its properties. Please empty both fields for the corresponding database user (User and Password). You need to do this for every user account.
Please be careful and enter a password for all databases which are in use.
