Fader start not reported to TurboPlayer via GPI

Q: After installing TurboPlayer.exe and TIOGpio.dll and after configuring the relay card there was no fader start reported in TurboPlayer which means that opening the fader does not start the element. I configured the GPIO settings, activated them and I configured the lines as described in the forum.

A: It seems that the old version of PclComSrv.exe installed on the computer was responsible for this behaviour. We strongly recommend the use of the following versions:

PclComSrv.exe: 3.2.0.9

PclAdv1760.dll: 1.0.0.1 (for Advantech relay cards)

 Pcldrv.dll 2.2.0.0

Because some old versions of TIOGpio.dll were not able to detect the fader status during application startup we recommend using version 1.3.0.22 of this DLL.
