How to create custom DEFINITION lists

Out-of-the-box, several DEFINITION lists exist in every Digas-database, such as Category, Era, Target, Tempo etc. They can be used, for instance, to populate drop-down boxes in standard and custom DBM Entry Masks.

You can view the available DEFINITION lists in the Digas Admin under ODBC|[database_name]|Administration|DEFINITION|...

The DEFINITION lists are created globally for all tables within a Digas-database.

To add your own, custom DEFINITION lists, create a new subkey first: Global|Digas|UserDefinitions. Here you can create additional DEFINITION lists.

Once added, they will become visible after collapsing and re-opening the ODBC key. Now you can populate your new DEFINITION lists by adding new entries to to them.
