III. BCS

BCS setup is very simple. In the parameters for the machine to host BCS, create a subkey in local settings called 'BroadcastServer'. Create a new entry in that subkey containing 'Installed=1'.

After doing this, start BCS. It will populate the rest of the necessary parameters.
