Missing DLL when installing a Processor? Manually install this to fix:

We have encountered rare reports when users are installing one of our processors on particular old Windows operating systems.
An error appears that they cannot complete the installation (a DLL not being able to be run)

If this appears, install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 (x86) and the problem should be solved.
