MTE/ETE/STE: Sharing the Editor's effect presets

Question: How can I centralize the availability of the Editors effect presets?

Answer: The presets are located in "[USER DOCUMENT AND SETTINGS FOLDER]\AppData\Local\Temp\MultiRec_2\Presets\" for example as "ZPlane_Compressor.xml"
There are 2 possibilities to do this;
- point Local|MultiTrack|Settings|AudioFilterPresetPath to a global folder where the preset file is available (might be preferable as it remains more globally dynamic)
- copy the appropriate XML file to each user's document and settings Directory
