Introduction

The release 2024.3.0 includes significant updates designed to enhance the user experience across DAVID software.

It introduces the new DPE Content Manager and DPE Admin front-end apps (version 3), which are now independent and standalone web applications. They can be hosted on any web server and platform, allowing for easier updates and maintenance.

The new Content Manager includes improved table search functionality, customizable context menus, title editing directly at the list-view, and advanced speech-to-text support. The audio player has been updated with adjustable playback speeds and redesigned controls. The DPE Admin app now features an integrated analytics dashboard for real-time insights and statistics and improved management tools for the DigaSystem tables.

Additionally, the Turbo Player Service Gen2 is now fully released and can be used productively.

Other enhancements include support for BCS rundown streaming in the ROAD Backend, improved ROAD web clients with unified login pages and a streamlined interface for the Interview Recorder.

Also, accessibility improvements were made across the board and overall performance enhancements ensure better responsiveness, especially when managing large datasets.
