Admin - Jobs
The ROAD Admin - Jobs page provides a comprehensive view of past and active jobs.
Main features include:
Job search in the queue
Job status updates (Running, Finished, Terminated, etc.)
Options to finish or cancel jobs
Detailed logging information for each job
Job details in JSON format
Job history, including start and stop times
Overview of all defined ROAD hosts within the ROAD cluster
Logs Tab
After selecting a job in the queue, the "Logs" tab displays detailed information about its processing.
JSON Tab
ROAD jobs are defined in JSON format. For more information, refer to the technical documentation on the ROAD job description data: Job Description Data.
History Tab
This tab displays the job history. The example below shows the history of an InstaRecorder recording that started in a paused state.

How to Filter for a Job/ Search for a Job in the Queue
You can easily filter jobs using this section of the job queue list.
All filters combine with a logical AND.
Example:
Job Status Information
The "Status" column shows the current state of each job, such as "Finished," "Running," "Waiting," "Terminated," or "Error." Some job statuses are indicated with a traffic light symbol.

How to Stop/ Cancel a Running job
A "Running" and "Waiting" Job can be canceled by the admin with these steps:
Select the job(s) to stop or cancel
After one or more jobs are selected, which are able to to be stopped or cancelled, the two buttons "Finish" and "Cancel" are displayed
Press "Finish" for finalize the recording or press "Cancel" for a cancellation of the selected job(s).
Confirm the commando by pressing "confirm"
