Preproductions

In the Preproduction field, create project folders to store individual elements for a particular preproduction.

Creating Preproductions

1. Right-click in the show structure tree the [Preproductions] folder, and then click [Manage]. The “Administration” dialog box opens.

1. Click [New].

2. Enter the title of the preproduction in the "Name" field.

3. Optionally, enter a short description in the "Info" field.

4. Optionally, tick the checkbox next to "Time calculation active".

5. Click [Save] to confirm.

6. Repeat steps 1 – 6 for other preproductions.

7. Click [Close] to end the creation of new shows.
