SyncAllowedClasses Workflow

This workflow synchronizes allowed classes configured (and stored) in a DigaSystem database to DigaSystem global parameters.

This is needed because DPE is reading AllowedClasses from parameters only.

We recommended to run a WorkflowScheduler once a night to synchronize.
