Bugfixes

• Handling all sent and received strings as UTF-8 strings did not work correctly. Therefore, non ASCII characters did not work, e.g. for node identifiers/descriptions or any other string field. (CCD-41809)
• The case insensitive string comparison for GPI evaluation did not work for non ASCII characters.
