DigAIRange

Component

Version

DigAIRange

6.2.954.0

Dependencies

  • DigaSQL.dll 3.20.3500.0 (recommended)

  • MultiRec4 4.8.339.0 (recommended)

  • OnAIR TrackMixer 2.9.802.0 (recommended)

Fixed Issues

  • The mask was left in a strange state (displaying old content but not being usable) when the user disconnected from a BCS and content was just being displayed in the mask.

  • Fixed a possible access violation in GdiPlus shutdown when terminating DigAIRange.

  • When an element had only the flag Time_Overlaid set but no other related start attributes (which happens with the TurboPlayer function to automatically assign this flag), this flag was lost when the element was opened in the mask. (CCD-43862)

  • Some labels of the time fields in the mask were not visible and the space for them has been slight increased.

  • When the function “show all submasks” was executed, both “General” submasks were displayed, one for elements and one for groups/stories.

  • The combo box “Flags” in the submask “BR” had multiple problems:

    • When changing from one element to another one, the combo box kept its old content. As a result, wrong flags were displayed, and possibly wrong flags were then saved with the second element. This was a new bug since the speed optimization for the mask in version 6.1.932.0. (CCD-44159)

    • When using the cursor keys to scroll through the dropped down list of flags, the items got toggled (active/inactive). Now this is working again, and it is possible to select an item with the space key, to open the drop-down list with the down key and to close it with the return key. This and the next problem were present since the embellishment in version 5.7 & 5.8. (CCD-44158)

    • Items, for which the user does not have the right to change them, were not greyed out. Now the UIScheme color "Color_Text_Disabled" is used. (CCD-44160)

  • DigAIRange does now only request a short-time lock on certain drag&drop operations in the tree view – e.g. when inserting a new show into a day. This affects the BCS operations, for which no file handling is done and should avoid problems with days, which cannot be locked for a longer time because one of their children is MOS-controlled. (CCD-43179)

  • Navigating to an element in the upper rundown view by double-clicking onto a found node in BCSSearch.ocx did not work anymore. (CCD-44018)

  • DistributionEndpoints, which were defined in the global and in the local registry, appeared twice in the combo boxes for the endpoints.

New features

  • When using a different configuration (=registry top-level key other than “DigAIRange”), it is possible now to define that the settings for MultiRec are read from key “DigAIRange” nevertheless. There is a new check box in the general settings dialog, tab “Local” for this option. (CCD-43942)

  • In the dialog for the configuration of BCS properties the old fields for the dtSearch-based full-text search has been removed and been replaced by fields for the new ElasticSearch-based search.

  • If the registry parameter Digas\PlanServer\<BCS>\YearInterval is set to a star “*”, DigAIRange does now query the available years from BCS instead of displaying a fixed year interval.

  • Adaptions for the new BCSSearch.ocx 2.0 to be used with ElasticSearch were made. (The old BCSSearch.ocx 1.x is no longer supported.)

Changes

  • Text of regular items of a flags combo box is now drawn with the text color “Color_Text_Standard” from the UISchemes instead of the icon color. (CCD-44160)

  • When the user re-schedules already played elements, DigAIRange does now reset the Time_Overlaid flag if this flag seems to be set only implicitly by TurboPlayer when automatic assignment of this flag was active when playing the element. If the overlaid flag is used within a transition together with the OffsetFloating/Relative start attributes, the overlaid flag is kept. (CCD-43862)

  • So far, the merge step during import ignored content outside of the common time interval of an import show and a destination show in most import modes. This could lead to missing content after the import when this time restriction was too strict. Therefore, this restriction is no longer applied if a show is completely covered by the other show (this works in both directions). E.g. if an import show is completely covering a destination show, no time restriction is applied when content in the destination show is evaluated. So even a destination group which starts behind the end of the destination show will be filled. (CCD-43731)

  • So far, the menu item “Record” of the context menu for elements was always greyed out when OTM was used. Since version 2.9 OTM is able to do recordings. Therefore, the menu item will no longer be greyed out when this version of OTM or a newer one is used. (CCD-43314)
