Fixed Issues
CCD-44860: When converting from database format DBE or DBX to BCS-XML, file references of one element were erroneously used in more than one BCS element. This issue has been fixed.

CCD-44500: Counter task can now store the date/time of the first broadcast of a database element.
It is possible now to rename tasks.
CCD-44262: Consistency check for gaps can now detect music-beds playing Solo.
CCD-44465, CCD-44480: Stress test task: A new test type was added. It requests from the connected BCS to send out generic broadcast messages. (These are only dummy messages to other instances of BUS not triggering any action.)
