Bug Fixes

• OIA-8081: Parameter Service read single parameters is slow because it handles "not found" through a lot of exception handling instead of using null values

• OIA-8159: Cloning an entry with delete date decreases the delete date by 1 day

• OIA-8199: Add more robustness to missing computer names when analysing Global_SAF.PAR

• OIA-8201: For every custom field 1 SQL statement is sent to increase the PK by 1 instead of 1 SQL statement for ALL custom fields

• OIA-8217: PUT api/media endpoint does not support DBX format

• OIA-8298: POST/PUT api/definitions must make sure that no duplicates are created
