OIA-9168: Added support for excluding specific VST audio effects from loading at MTE startup via the new ExcludeEffects parameter, preventing unstable or unwanted plugins from appearing in the Effects clipboard (requires MTE ≥ 8.4.1863.0 and MultiRec ≥ 4.8.349.0; older versions load all effects).

OIA-7912: Introduced a new parameter,
MovingSoundheadKeepWorkingAreaWhileZooming, allowing users to switch back to the MTE 7 behavior when zooming during playback with a moving soundhead. In the old behavior, the minimal area to the left of the zero mark is preserved. The new behavior (since MTE 8.2.1847.0) keeps the soundhead’s position on screen, which can increase the area left of the soundhead—this is now corrected with this new parameter when playback is stopped.OIA-9417: Fixed an access violation that could occur when changing the recording format (mono/stereo) in the MTE Settings “Record” tab.
OIA-9473: Fixed an access violation that could occur when deleting a marker via the marker properties dialog on the MultiTrack Screen timeline.
OIA-9548: Fixed an access violation that could occur when opening the Settings dialog while a predefined recording format was selected.
OIA-9567: Fixed a regression where “Save into Group” in MTE failed when multiple audio files were selected; the feature now works again for two or more clips, restoring MTE 7 behavior.
OIA-9616: Fixed a regression where saving multiple audio files to the database did not automatically store the EDL info; Data.EDL is now correctly created for all bulk-saved entries.
OIA-8070: Fixed Help menu links in MTE that were pointing to a 404 page.
