Clipboard Prelistening

Audio items can be played back for prelistening directly from the clipboard. Click the Play symbol on the left side of the item to start prelistening.

During playback, the Play symbol changes into a Stop symbol, and the soundhead is displayed that changes its position according to the playback position.

You can move the soundhead, using the middle mouse button. The soundhead jumps to the position where you release the middle mouse button, and playback will continue from there.

Clicking the middle mouse button on a clipboard item that is not playing has no effect, except for the SingleTrack screen, where the middle-clicked item replaces the current time line.

When clicking the Play symbol while the Alt key is pressed, the playback starts some seconds from the end of audio. Clicking Play with Alt key while in prelistening steps back some seconds.
