Support import classes from section [CLASS] for elements (CCD-44914)
FlexIE now supports importing elements with class information from the [CLASS] section. If [CLASS] is present, it will override the class definition from [LINETYPE], which will be ignored for elements with "S" and "B" values. This enhancement ensures more flexible handling of imported files.
