Reserve Groups/ Elements

Reserve elements are shorten tracks within the broadcast schedule.

Use reserve elements as described below.

■     If a reserve element exists in part of the show which has an overlap to the next stop set (fixed start or stop time), the reserve element is deactivated by the BroadcastServer.

■     If a reserve element exists in part of the show which has a gap to the next stop set, the reserve element is activated by the BroadcastServer.

■     When you schedule several consecutive reserve elements, the best element that fits in the gap is played out. The other elements are deactivated.

■     Reserve elements are marked individually with a separate background color.
