Manual import from scheduling tools

Normally, show lists are imported automatically to the broadcast schedule from music, or commercial, or scheduling tools. You can also import show lists manually to the broadcast schedule. (For detailed information, please refer to the BCSTechManual.)

1. Double-click the Import folder to open it. All available import sources are displayed.

1. Click the required import source.

2. Depending on the configuration, a date list (normally) appears, or a list with calculated show lists (in individual cases).

3. Click the required date. The music broadcast schedule appears in the show structure tree.

4. Drag&drop the required hour directly to the appropriate destination broadcast schedule in the show structure tree. The "DigAIRange – Question" control panel opens.

5. Optionally, click [Merge source and destination] to fill out the music blocks of the "Earlybirds" with the imported show lists. This function is always needed when only the entry sequence is calculated by the import.

6. Optionally, click [Replace destination by source] to replace the "Earlybird" show completely by the imported show list. This function is needed when not only the entry sequence, but also the entire show structure is calculated by the import.

7. Click [OK] to confirm.

Note: You can paste (music) entries individually to the broadcast schedule after importing them. First drag&drop the broadcast schedule to the broadcast table window for editing, and drag&drop the entry scheduling list to the multiview window. Then drag&drop (music) entries from the multiview window to their destination position in the broadcast table window.
