Printing or Exporting to text Editor

You can print out any schedule (e.g. broadcast, list of elements in preproductions, pools, templates, etc.), or export it to a web browser linked to XSL stylesheets.

Printing or Exporting a Schedule to a Text Editor

  1. Right-click in the show structure tree the required node, and then click [Print]. The "Print options" dialog box opens.

  1. Click [More…] to display all print options.

  1. Enter what elements of which classes you want to print out.

  1. If necessary, specify the earliest or the latest time of the printout list and select the required track, "Schedule", "Protocol", or a snapshot.

  1. Tick the required checkboxes under "Output" and "Further options".

  1. Optionally, enter values in the "Indent RTF and infotext by:" and "Extra distance in front of groups:" fields.

  1. Click [Page layout] to set the format.

  1. Click [Preview] to preview the list and print from the preview window.

  1. Click [Print] to print the list without preview.

10.   Click [Word(Pad)] to export the list to a text editor, such as Microsoft Word. The text editor opens and the list is loaded.

Printing Individual Elements or Exporting Them to a Text Editor

  1. Hold down the Ctrl key and in the broadcast table window, select the elements you want to print out.

  1. Right-click one of the elements and click [Print]. Alternatively, you can drag&drop the selected elements to the printer icon in the title bar. The “Administration” dialog box opens.

Take the same steps as for "Printing or Exporting a Schedule to a Text Editor"
