Priority |
Defines the replication priority. |

Informat |
Name of the author. This field is used by ARD (German Public Radio). |

Source |
Input/selection field. Determines the source station, for example the original application such as DigaCoder etc. |

Correspondent |
Input/selection field. Correspondent. |

Registration |
Custom field, usable for different reasons |

Identification |
System field. Identification code between source and target system. |

State |
System field. The entry status can be: |

Existing An audio entry which exists in the table.
|
|
|
Recording An entry which is currently being recorded for which, however, a database entry has already been created.
|
|
|
Virtual Database entry without associated audio.
|
|
|
None An entry which is currently being recorded for which no database entry yet exists. This status is only visible at the recording station and prior to saving the recording.
|
|
|
Evacuated Archived entry which is not available online.
|
|
|
External Entry for managing entries which are stored on non-digital media and are not available online.
|
|
|
Requested Entry has been requested but has not yet been replicated (this state is only used with DigaReplicator). |
|
|
